Q: Can I return or exchange my merchandise?
A: Because our items are custom made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or preference changes.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund if approved. This timeframe aligns with our fulfillment partners’ production policies.

Q: What kind of photos do you need?
A: Please include clear photos showing the issue with the item, the full product, and the shipping label when applicable. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Q: Will I receive a refund or a replacement?
A: Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or a refund. The resolution method is determined after review.

Q: Do I need to ship the item back?
A: In most defect-related cases, returns are not required. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions.

Q: Are shipping costs refundable?
A: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our part.

Q: What if my package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?
A: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to replace or refund it. We recommend double-checking delivery details and using a secure delivery location. If a package is lost in transit or returned due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to assist where possible, though replacements are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy for Memberships

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account portal. 

For Monthly Memberships: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current month, but members retain full access through the end of that paid period.

For Annual Memberships: Members who cancel an annual prepaid membership are eligible for a prorated refund for any unused complete months remaining at the time of cancellation.

For Event Registration Cancellations: If you are unable to attend an event, please provide 72 hours of notice in order to receive a full refund. 


By purchasing or accessing a membership with Parallel Journeys LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Membership Agreement and all associated terms, policies, and guidelines. Membership fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated, and acceptance of the agreement occurs at the time of checkout or electronic acknowledgment. Participation in community activities, both online and in-person, is voluntary and at your own risk. Parallel Journeys LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership privileges for conduct that violates the Membership Agreement or community guidelines.


Q: Do you earn money from the products you recommend?
A: Yes! Parallel Journeys participates in the Amazon Associates Program. This means we earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.

Q: What does “qualifying purchases” mean?
